An Adjust Timesheet request asks for approval of changes to work logs in a timesheet period. Once submitted, the request follows the configured approval workflow before being approved, rejected, or returned for revision.

Create an Adjust Timesheet Request

Prerequisites

Before submitting an Adjust Timesheet request:
  • You must have an active employee account.
  • Payroll must already be processed for the period you are adjusting.
  • The work log adjustments must already be recorded for the period. In Personal Timesheet, open the past period, select Adjust Timesheet, and adjust the daily entries.
If the selected period contains no adjusted work logs, the request cannot be added. Select another period, or record the adjustments in Personal Timesheet first.
