Access the login page in browser

Enter your registered email address and password

Select Log In to complete or Back to return to the email entry screen.

Follow the instructions in email to recover your account.

If needed, select Send again to send an additional recovery email

Select the Avatar icon

Select Manage Account

Select the preferred time zone from the drop down menu.

Toggle Use MFA

Allow email authentication

Select Continue to continue or Cancel to exit without saving changes. 

Verify the email address

Enter the one time password sent to the listed email. If needed, send another code by selecting Resend new code. Select Verify to confirm or Cancel to exit without saving changes. 

Select Edit General Information

Update the required information

Select Update to complete or Cancel to exit without saving changes. 

Select Change Password

Fill in the required information

Select Change to complete or Cancel to exit without saving changes.
