Choose predefined templates or tailor reports to specific recruitment or operational needs. ## Export a Report HR Rep Nav Reports Select Reports Name Reports Share * **Print**: Open system print options * **Export Data**: Download the report in an .xlsx file ## Create a Report Reports Add Reports Save Select Save to complete or Cancel to exit without saving changes ## Modify a Report Reports Modify * **Edit**: Select the **edit icon** to update an existing entry * **Delete**: Select the **trash icon** to delete an existing entry. * **Edit:** Fill in the required information. Select **Update** to complete or **Cancel** to exit without saving changes.  * **Delete:** Select **Delete** to complete or **Cancel** to exit without saving changes.  Once deleted, reports cannot be recovered.
